Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and strategies. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. You will lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial performance monitoring.
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risk to optimize financial health.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, including accountants and analysts.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure proper financial practices and audits.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA designation is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company’s business.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations and practices if applicable.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and strategic financial management.
