Job Description

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will assist in creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with senior designers and other team members to produce high-quality graphics for various platforms and mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
  • Prepare and revise design files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input on design ideas and strategies.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and visual aids for internal and external meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design through internships, freelance work, or a portfolio of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
  • Creativity and a passion for design with a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
