Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and elevate our brand’s presence across social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to create cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create and manage content calendars for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Design and produce high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve social media performance.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats in the social media landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for design and visual content.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
