Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our digital products. The Senior UI/UX Designer will play a key role in shaping the user experience by creating engaging designs that meet both user needs and business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, from initial concept to final implementation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and create solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure designs are user-friendly, accessible, and responsive across various devices and platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices and deliverables.
  • Review and provide feedback on design work from other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and design standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Ability to create and implement design systems and style guides.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of motion design and animation principles.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
