1.4 Candidate Users: Individuals who register on the Platform to search for and apply to job vacancies, and post their resumes for potential employers to view.
1.5 Profile Search: The section of the Platform where job postings and candidate profiles are searchable by Company Users.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Registration: To use certain features of the Platform, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Posting any job vacancy or resume that is false or misleading.
Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.

3. Free Trial

3.1 Eligibility: We may offer a free trial for job postings to new Company Users. The terms and duration of the free trial will be specified at the time of sign-up.
3.2 Limitations: Free trials are subject to limitations, including but not limited to the number of job postings allowed during the trial period.
3.3 Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing: Company Users must choose a package for job postings or purchase a resume package. Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
4.2 Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion, subject to our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are only provided if there is a technical error on our part that prevents the job posting or resume access from being utilized as intended.
4.3 Subscription Packages: Detailed information about subscription packages, including pricing and benefits, is available on our Platform. You agree to the pricing and payment terms specified at the time of purchase.

5. Other Applicable Terms

There may be additional terms that apply to you based on your specific use of the Platform. These additional terms will be made available to you and will form part of your agreement with us when you use the relevant services.
6. Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003
We comply with the Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003. Company Users must ensure that any job postings comply with these regulations.

7. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Object of the Agreement and Scope of the Services

8.1 Object: The object of this agreement is to provide a Platform for Company Users to post job vacancies and search for resumes, and for Candidate Users to search for and apply to these vacancies.
8.2 Scope of Services: We provide a Platform that facilitates the posting and searching of job vacancies and resumes. We do not act as an employment agency and are not involved in the hiring process beyond providing the Platform.

9. Deceased User

In the event of the death of a User, we will work with the User’s legal representatives to close the User’s account and, if requested, provide any necessary information to assist in the administration of the User’s estate.

10. Term and Termination

10.1 Term: These Terms remain in effect while you use the Platform.
10.2 Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Change Your Preferences

You can update your account preferences, including notification settings, at any time through your account settings on the Platform

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our Site. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via email or through the Platform. 14. Dispute Resolution

14.2 Mediation and Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
